Strategic confidence review:

This is usually a shorter engagement to provide a snapshot of the existing strategic status. The review would usually examine the current mode of operation assess the ‘fit’ of the technological estate and its alignment to the organisational goals. The degree of detail may vary but typically such an engagement will be between 1 and 3 weeks in duration.


Personnel/TEAM development:

Many organisations have promoted excellent technical or line management personnel into positions which begin to demand strategic planning skills. Such resources are invaluable to the business and could truely shine if coached effectively to develop these abilities.
The development of individual personnel can be extended to whole teams and departments to enable a more cohesive organisational focus. At an extended level this can be a highly powerful mechanism of positive culture alignment to drive business success.


Vision and strategy planning:

Generally our focus in not towards programme or project management services. However, there can be occasions where it is sensible for us to remain involved into the tactical stages of delivery.

In such instances the purpose is for strategic continuity and/or staff/team mentoring (as per above). Our support and guidance can be invaluable to those staff new to such strategic endeavours.
